TIME FOR CHANGE
Time for rains to flood
The pale parched plane,
For rays of light
To pierce dense clouds,
Buds to unfurl,
Flower petals to flutter
And fall,
Fruit to ripen,
And fertile soil
To receive
Small round seeds
Of brand-new thought.
