Ninety years young!
Isn’t that a blast?
The Queen of Numbers
looks at her past:
Family and friends
weave in and out
of cherished memories
which throughout
her life and times
kept her afloat
on stormy seas
like a safety boat.

Adventures and challenges
good times and bad
left their mark on her psyche
and thus helped create
a being of wisdom
so kind and compassionate
that just talking to her
makes you feel really great.

Her poems express
what cannot be told
be it subtle or be it bold
they reach the heart
and touch the soul.
